Fabrica Aurora - San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

Image
Thursday, 9-28-17 Fabrica Aurora is an old textile mill reconverted into a complex of galleries.  Within walking distance, as everything we've experienced in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. It's a smart looking building with a lot of open spaces, galleries and a couple of eateries.  We spent our morning strolling in and out of art spaces, all so very interesting. And a few scenes we encountered getting to Fabrica Aurora

First Weekend in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

Image
Monday, September 25, 2017 Things have been lively throughout this first week in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.  But the weekend proved to top it all.  Aside from the usual walk and coffee (always trying new coffee shops of which there seem to be an unusual number for a small town of approx. 100, 00), we went to Juarez Park with art work showing on weekends, the Organic Market with lunch, the Arts & Crafts Market, and nightly visits to El Jardin (the main square).  Here depicted are some of the scenes we so enjoyed.
